Hola!
Second graders have been learning Spanish! Senora Bristow teaches them using discussions, music, videos, and movement. Young children can "pick up" new languages faster than adults. We are learning to greet each other using Hola and Buenos Dias (Good morning). We are also learning to introduce ourselves to each other with me llamo (my name is), Como te llamas? (What's your name?). There are many Spanish for kids videos on YouTube if your child wants to practice at home.
